Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Initial Contact: Before making a return, please contact us at info@petite.es. Please provide us with the following information: order number, reason for return and product details.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Product Shipping: Send the product to the address provided by us. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error.
Inspection of Returned Product
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
Refunds
- Approved Refunds: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment method and bank policies.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted.
Products Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns of customized or customer damaged products. If a product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the situation.
Changes
We do not offer product exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for another, you must return the original item according to our return policy and make a new purchase.
